Brendon Brathwaite is the Founder and Managing Director of BUZZconcepts Ltd., a Caribbean-based event planning and experiential strategy firm known for delivering high-impact, results-driven experiences.
With over two decades of experience across corporate, academic, government, and community sectors, Brendon has led the design and execution of over 1,000 events — ranging from executive retreats and corporate team-building programmes to large-scale national activations.
As an experiential strategist, he specializes in transforming ideas into structured, engaging, and outcome-focused experiences that align with organizational goals.
Brendon is also the author of *EPIC: Event Planning in the Caribbean* and a long-standing lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, where he integrates real-world event execution with academic insight — helping to shape the next generation of event professionals.
